You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots. Along with this, you can also consider platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results. Please call me or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.

Hair fall or loss is a multifactorial problem where hereditary along with environmental factors and diet play an important role . Iron deficiency along with essential things like biotin , vitamin A along with other nutrients have a major role to play . Lotions, serum , tablets along with specified shampoos and conditioners can also help . Mesotherapy and Prp are promising therapies which can be tried . U can visit our website www.drsuruchipurimakeovers.com. All these treatment definitely need maintenance sessions along with local lotions application under the supervision of dermatologist. Patients need multiple sessions for better outcome along with medical analysis .One can take biotin tablets along with Vitamin A rich diet and lots of red grapes with seeds . Dr.Suruchi Puri was the pioneer to do her thesis on drug therapy for hair loss in India which was interviewed on aaj Tak news channel and was also published in 2002 and from that time has many satisfied patients for treatment of hair loss through non surgical means like Mesotherapy or Bio hair treatment and prp treatment Prp results may vary from patients to patients and from Doctor to doctor depending upon how the prp is made . Ideally if you are able to concentrate prp to a level of 4-5 times the blood level of platelets , the expected results are good in most of the cases if done by an experienced dermatologist . Platelets ideally should be concentrated in house and injected immediately with aseptic precautions and at particular level and quantity for better results. Ideally it should be done by dermatologist himself or herself without relying on technicians /nurses for best results . We as the pioneer in hair loss treatment would suggest you to have all this in mind before you go for treatment for hair loss or hair fall . Ofcourse some persistent effort by the patient and its importance in final result can not be ruled out . All centres have their own protocols for the technique but the best results are obtained by the technique which keeps platelets in the solution in their viable form . We have the latest automated technology which is virtually painless for Injection . Prp treatment thus can be done in a very comfortable way with this latest technique. For any further update or query you can also e mail us at drsuruchi@ hotmail.com . We would try to satisfy your concern as far as possible. Prp can be done for both females and males and at any age after 18 years . Ofcourse sooner it's started better is the outcome .
