Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been suffering for fungal infection for past couple of months, thereafter I consulted doctor on practo, she prescribed me itraconazole tabs 200mg twice daily for 7 days along with levocet tab and also onabet cream (sertaconazole) however my condition is improved quite a bit but not fully recovered, so should I continue the meds for another week, The said doctor is offline hence can't conect with her. Please advise me

Ok I feel like I sweat alot. Especially on forehead dripping down from scalp. Though it's hot these days in Delhi. I don't sweat like that under fan or AC. I don't feel like my hands or feet are sweating. My hand feels moist at times but no visible sweat or slippery feeling. And in other room where fan isn't fast and I don't feel its air on my body. When I walk for few mins in that room while talking I start having feeling on sweat on forehead. But when I am idle or sitting there.. sweating reduces and stop. Though I don't know how much room temp is normal. When I am talking on phone for quite sometime..in balcony. I feel my phone screen get wet. When I am in toilet in noon time for minutes..sweat starts dripping down to my body. Upper body mostly.. scalp, forehead, neck (back of neck first)..but more dripping on chest after quite sometime. Upper arms..but only when I am in toilet for loo ( for minutes). I don't sweat like when I am sitting on my bed.. computer..

I have recently been diagnosed from  double typhoid n taking cheri medicine for low hemoglobin. From last months i have noticed brownish  vertical faded lines on my left thumb n black vertical lines on my right toe..I don't know wht is this plz reply is it very much serious problem plz reply when will it go away i am too much scared i have attached the picture
