Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My hair is thinning day by day and I am almost bald on top of my head. Please suggest what should I do.

I am having ring worm in both the thigh and I have used Quadiderm also but it is not getting well and too much itchiness is there.Please recommend me some medicine.

I am suffering from this acnes and scars.. tried using retinoids as suggested by dermatologists. But still the problem remains same and my face is covered by these marks (it looks like chicken pox marks) .. because of these sometimes I am feeling bit depressed also as people point out those marks. Can you please suggest me any sort of treatments or what can I do to get rid of the marks on my face!?

I've been experiencing acne on my cheeks since a year. Before that, I had acne on my forehead but it cleared after they prescribed medications by the dermatologist.
