Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am experiencing lot of hairfall and one or two bald spots on hair. And in the region of bald spots, i also have some grey hair. My age is just 25. Pls help

From past few I am getting scratching sensation and after scratching skin becomes red. This has been happening from past one week and it is mainly on hands and legs. Please find the attached image.

Hello respected doctors. I am facing this sweating issue while walking but not while sitting in my room. It always start from forehead and scalp. I don't sweat under fan or AC. My normal or heavy sweating stops when I come and sit in my room. I had my blood sugar checked. Hba1c 5.0. I'll have my thyroid checked sooner or later then I'll report here. But can it be something else? I have these holes in my two fingers and in two areas in my right feet. I only remember how it formed in feet. It formed as a ball inside my foot, It was getting stiff and it was paining, I used to give pressure on it by standing on it. But later it turned out to be a hole. But in hand I don't think it formed in a similar way.
