Hi, my question is regarding the treatment for alopecia. I was taking finesteride 1mg as prescribed by the doctor. But will it be same as taking 1 pill of finesteride 5mg every 5 days instead of taking 1mg everyday or will it cause sever side effects?

Ok so I posted about sweating before. I was suggested to take thyroid function test here. Currently, I can't go for it due to lockdown and corona situation. But I don't think it's thyroid problem. Hyperthyroidism causes sweating and hypothyroidism doesn't. But hyperthyroidism also cause weight loss but I am overweight (waist size more than 40). I don't have protruding eyes. My eyes look normal and small enough. I don't have cold intolerance (hypothyroidism). I rather feel good under AC. I am not eating alot. As far as my blood sugar is concerned, I had it checked in Nov 2019. It was 5.0 hba1c. So, not even pre-diabetes. I sweat when I keep walking in other rooms or balcony. I don't sweat while sitting or lying in my room. I don't sweat under my fan or AC. My height is 5'8 and weight is 90 I think..I know I would still get recommended for thyroid. I searched about it. I don't have any other symptoms apart from sweating. Also, which test is better? Thyroid profile total or free?

Facing skin problem ,It has spread on my thighs and it's Spreading on hips. I had this 5 months back I had taken medications and now once again I'm facing it.

My skin is oily but usually dry around the mouth. Now lately I had acne vulgaris problem for which a doctor advised me to apply deriva bpo gel all over my face at night. This has caused dryness around my mouth (slight redness also) and I am afraid if it may lead to discolouration or pigmentation.

My husband has small pimple like on his Head backside.. These appeared few months before and they disappeared on their own.. They reappeared now, he has pain sometimes and pain, pus sometimes. Any cream would reduce this or will he have to meet a doctor? What can be done? Please suggest Attached Pic for reference
