I had genital fungal infection and got treated by doctors consultation. But now it has developed warts on genital upper part. Please suggest if any medication is required.

I have lots of hairfall problem whenever I comb.i visited doctor they gave me some tests done all tests.all tests are normal.only vitamin d is low.doctor gave me vitamin d3 medicine.Vitamin de medicine used for 1month but no use.whenver i comb my hair lots of hairloss.i don't know why.i am attaching doctor prescription and which tests i done and which medicine i have taken. Uprise d3 1k medicine other also included. Some tests was done already.which is in right side.

I usually apply moisturizer/sunscreen to my face. I also do not usually apply any products to my neck but I seem to have noticed these mole like pimples on my neck and face. I would like to know what is happening to my skin.
