Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, Have balanitis from past 5 to 6 days. currently cleaning daily 2 a day with warm water. Let me know if i can use zole f ointment.

I am 32 year old . I am having large pores on skin and some wrinkles on forehead. Doctor suggested me tretinoin 0.025 on every 3rd day. I have been using tretin from June . Bt my large pores are still there. I really want sooth untextured skin .. plz suggest me something good

She has suddenly developed lots of acne/pimples and spots on face and chest. She was on medication for 20days for back pain where she consumed high dosage medicine. But that course got over a month back. And suddenly there are spots now which has developed.

Hi Doctor, I have itchiness on my face, from 4 days, on nose there s red patch type, itchy near my eyes as well even jaw lines, I'm been treated to fungal infection on my buttocks from 15 days I'm on medication for same. Medicine I'm using - Lulifin cream, Allegra, Hhzole Cream, Mebex. Kindly advise on the itchiness on face red patch is only on nose rest there's just itchy. Thanks in advance

Ever since harmonal changes with perimenopause have striked, I am noticing my skin has gotten too oily.It has always been oily but I had wheatish tone colour with certain products of Himalaya  working well,now however my face colour is going on darker side and none of the previously suited products,facial,multani mitti ever works again.Please suggest remedies.
