Folliculitis for like last 10 years

Hi, I am suffering from this infection/diseases called folliculitis. It's been like 10 yrs or so. It's on my scalp, face and mildly on back as well. Itching in palm and feet(lower side)

Very deep itching happens to her in feet(pairo ke panje niche ki taraf) and palm. Even while itching skin comes out but itching doesn't stop. Tried creams and powders but no relief. Is this because of any vitamin deficiency or any other element in body. Does she need any blood test?
