Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have thin hair ,and recently had to have a hair cut . I want them to grow long and dense ,also to mention I have oily skin and I am badly tanned because of my college ,need help to detan my face and hands

My grandfather's inner cheek has got lump which was swollen,but it got burst and there is pus and blood coming out.need to know a solution.going to hospital is difficult because he is old and not very flexible.please help

I have dryness on my skin. I get white spots on my skin surface. I am using Himalaya soap . Even my lips get drying. What moisturizing soap is good for my skin to avoid white spots over the skin. Ps recommend dr.

I have acne in my back body and simetimes feel ike inflamation in that area phota attached and some little pain in my abdomina also

Small small Dots on lower back shoulder appear during whole summer season...and disappear during winters but marks remain on winters also...these first appear 4 years back but then they were more prominent and serious but ever since then they appear every year in summers and are silent in non summer seasons...but...the marks apper whole year no matter the season...marks never go... sometimes these are itchy but mostly they are non itchy...4 years back when they first appear they were in huge amount and were treated saying they were of fungal infection...but I don't understand why they don't go away...I maintain high hygiene and everything and I don't itch them for no reason...I don't do anything that triggers them...but still they appear every summer on arms in these amounts...not sure what to do...a permanent treatment would be very appreciated cuz I'm seriously tired of these dots. *I ATTACHED A PHOTOGRAPH of this for better understanding...Do check it out*. My mom had a bump on the sole of her feet from 3 days. It's very painful and she is finding it difficult to walk. Similar thing was there a few months back but it disappeared gradually as she kept her feet in hot salt water. Now again the same thing has come. Please tell me what is it and suggest some medicine for it.
