There are better formulations available in the market than Thiosol CT for acne prone skin.For moderate acne,use Benzac AC gel 2.5% once at night over acne lesions as spot therapy for 30-45 mins only and Do a pulse therapy of Azithromycin 500 mg tablet,3 consecutive days a week for 4 weeks.
