Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My 12 years old son had 2-3 red spots 3-4 days back and went off but today there are 10-12 spots developed on hand and leg (Photo attached) Please advice the medicine

Am suffering with oily scalp and oily face since 4 months and am using scalpe+ shanpoo can anyone suggest the best shampoi for oily skin

I have been using cureskin products from last 3 months to brighten my skin but it lead me to pimples and acne marks like anything. Currently they suggested me with med like hhazi 500 Azithromycin tablets and adapalene and clindamycin phosphate gel. But am not happy with the result as they first worsen my skin by suggesting me a kojic acid cream

My nails are turning black. Help I didn't have this problem before. I just noticed after removing my nail paint.

What does this type of rash indicate on the hand?? Getting this type of rash since 3 days. Can caladryl lotion be used for this?? I'm using this lotion since yesterday and today I have observed this rash in afternoon and after bath.Pls provide medication for this.

I am suffering from fungal infection, ringworm since last one and a half month I have tried so many anti fungal creme , dusting powder but not getting rid of my problem permenantly.

Can be stopped anti viral medicine after 5 days. Lesions are reducing much. What to do after 5 days of course?
