Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My name is Ajmal I am 40y old and 85cm H. When I work under the sun. My hand find the problem like burn. And also have itching and inflammation. This problem find is 7y a go up to now. Hello sir, Issue: I am suffering with skin infection at public place( growin area). When it happens means whenever I shave my public hair with razor so at that time next to 2 days i suffer with infections and appears like red bumps and some itchy sensation.. and am not able to bear that pain and i bath daily 2 times and max i will maintain neatness too but still I don't know how it will came so please how can I resolve it?
