Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been suffering from hair fall for a year. Hair fall, dandruff, itching And dry scalp...what should I do Or which medicines I should use

Dr. I got scalp infection & Dr. prescribed Levocetrizine 5mg, Ketakinazole shampoo & Diprovate 0.05% solution. The other Dr. told Diprovate & Ketakinazole does help as its an infection & advised to use Cetrimide solution to clean scalp. Now i am getting pain in the hair roots when i comb or touch and itchiness & soreness. I am loosing more hairs from the crown & back area. Please help
