Hello Doc Previously my screen is little bit tan but now when I'm taking care of my skin it becomes fair again but now I'm observing very tiny moles all over the face previously they were not there. My mom is also having those moles is it genetical If so I don't want is there anything apart from laser I can use. I'm very much concerned as going to marry in 4 months and these cause depression. Please help

Hi docs, I have a lipoma on my right mid back, got confirmed from my family doctor 2 months back. But since a month I sometimes feel a sudden NON-painful mild burning sensation around/ near the area of Lipoma. The feeling is more so during night. Upon touching, the Lipoma itself doesn't feel painful and haven't changed in size. Could someone please advise if this is alarming or it's alright? PS: No other health issues currently.
