Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I used to break out alot but it has stopped now. But now I've so many closed comedones. It is filled with white heads. Is there any facewash or scrub that can help open these and extract them out? I've went for regular medical clean ups every month for 5 months. But these just come back every single time. I am in a remote area, can't pay visit for now. Please help me. It accumulated on right corner of my chin. But also present in other areas like cheeks forehead on face but lesser than chin. Thank you in Advance.
