My wife is having discomfort in her private part skin She is having burning of skin in her inner thighs

She has tried betnovate, tenovate and few home remedies like aloe vera and coconut oil

The creams you are using are steroids. Discontinue them.
She might be having fungal infection.
Clear picture is needed for diagnosis.
