Protein and hair loss
I'm 21 Male. Weight - 63kg. I workout 90 - 120 mins a day( 45 mins cardio, 75 mins weight lift). I m into building muscle. I consume 110 grams of protein a day to build muscle out of which 25 grams from whey protein (good United States brand) . Will it cause hair loss. I have been using whey since an year around 7kgs. I haven't noticed any problems with my hair so far. Is it safe to use whey protein a scoop a day?

Not required.. You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. Hello. Whey protein is safe. If protein demand of body (which is increased when you work out) matches intake, it usually does not cause hairloss. However beware of any protein supplement that is gym made or provided there, which could have anabolic steroids mixed. Anabolic steroids can cause hairloss and acne.
