Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am getting white flaky dandruff like deposition near my noses mustache beard etc. This is quite regular and is there since 2 to 3 months . Would could be the reason. I have tried various creams not working

I have ingrown hair issues on leg. I have extremely sensitive, fair skin. Generally I prefer shaving/ using epilator  to remove the hair. But these days I am getting lots of ingrown and thick hairs. Suffering from severe hairfall. Had quite thick hair before marriage but as soon as i got married , it started with normal hair fall then it became severe and lost all my hair. I can see small bald patches. Is regrowth possible in my case? And what could be the reason for this severe hair fall.
