Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have red circular patches moviñg around inner thighs, buttocks, below the knee some time and itching.This is since last one year.I have taken photos of the patches but only 2 photos facility

Should I avoid milk if I am having alopecia hairloss and also other milk products . Please mention foods to be avoided

Rashes coming on the body some times. Attached image for reference. Do I need to be done any blood tests to determine the reason for allergy.

I am facing a hair loss from the past few years.My scalp develops a creamy texture after bath which is itchy . The roots of my fallen hairs are dry and shrinkened and gets detacheded easily on just touching . I have used a numerous lotions and hairoils like minoxidil 5 percent solution , rogain , and various other ayurvedic products but no result please help me . Now the hair loss has become severe and I am losing hair from crown area .

I have this fungal Infection from last 6 months. I am applying dermi 5 , it goes off after I apply it, however comes back after some days. Attached is the picture of my feet where I see that fungal infection. Any food diet to be followed.
