Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having too much tanning on face and hand and neck and I do not tried anything plz help me and want solutions

I have diabetes and I face itching when mosquito bites for a while. Is it ok to scratch? Is there any ointment I can use?

My cheeks have uneven skin tone. My nose, cheeks have freckles, dark spots. My T- zone has oily skin. But overall its normal skin. When I am in day light my spots and freckles look alot dark. Normally too can be seen in indoors from distance. Please let me know how do I treat it.

I have been getting red moles on skin since quite some time. Earlier there were very few near neck and hands.
