Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Experiencing serious hair fall issue approx 100 -150 strands per day. It was mild before but has turned severe since last 2 months. I've had PCOD since teenage. Im morbidly obese and working weight management. Seeking advice as im afraid I'll have bald patches before i reach my goal weight. BMI- 41

It has been more more than a year I am suffering from this skin disease before lock down I was using keto-b lotion but it didn't affect on my skin. Post lock down the ringworm was very small but now my right side of thigh is fully covered. I was using turmeric paste which give me some relief but at night itchiness this too high I am scratching myself still blood comes out. I am very much tired and don't know what to do. Before this I haven't consult with any other doctor. I would have consult any private doctor but I am facing a financial issue and I knew about this app. Please recommend some medicine which can help me, the itchiness is way too high I try to stop scratching but every time I fail. The fungus is getting bigger day by day and the itchiness it's way too high please suggest some medicine which can kill this fungus from its root. Thanks Regards Chirag.R

My age is 30, normally i do have hairfall issue but in past few month it has increased a lot. I thought water issue so now I m using filtered water for shampoo. Then chemical shampoo so switched to body shop products. But it's not working, I don't have stress or any other issue. Please help

Tongue have white spot in center of it, it's increasing day by day. And my uper gums are swelling. It's red and when I do brush some time blood came out.it also paining while eating
