Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

We are in canada right now, from last few days my father in low have some red spots on hands, it was around elbow, but after 2-3 days he had swelling around eyes and more red rashes in both hands with swelling.We consult a homeopathic doctor here, he gave some ointment and some liquid medicine. But still we did not get any result and we were too much worried about it.

Hi.. I the scalf etching and forming white/ grey flakes. Same condition behind the ear and on chest. There are some 3-4 spots on scalf with red circle and dandruf/ white flakes. Is it seboheric dermatitis or syorasis?.I am using zydip lotion and keteconzole shampoo but there is no improvment at all. Please advise
