Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have dark underarms since i was 14-15 years old. I do not have any such pigmentation in groin or neck. There are also tiny bumps on my underarms and sometimes it itch. I usually use shaving as method of hair removal and do not used alcohol based deodorants. Please help me .

I recently fell down from a bike I was riding, and suffered some scratch wounds on my knee, toe and palm. I have some pus releasing from it. I'm attaching the pictures. Please examine them. I afraid it may be necrotizing fasciitis... I had a dressing done yesterday.

It's been 40 days, I've been diagnosed with scabies,we treated everything and even treating daily,from our bedsheets to clothes soaked in warm water, removed matress and pillows,just using a single bedsheet that too soaked in warm water ,taking medications, permethrin 5%lotion once a week, ivermectin tablet12mg once in 10days, my parents are also doing the same, we are also applying fresh aloe vera, neem juice on our body. STILL I have some small pink bumps here n there with no fluid top of it ,but they itch sometime . Even my parents are complaining of increased itch and same kind of red small itchy bump. kindly help me out is it normal after mediation ..OR we are doing something wrong during this treatment.. I had acne but mild in severity. Recently i tried aloevera face wash n after few days developed red pigmentation on both cheeks n jaw. I have stopped applying face wash. What shall i do?

Hello sir I am having fungal infection all over my body, thighs, back, chest and hands.I also had a hiv exposure 11 months ago for which I did test multiple tests till 10 months , all are negative, but I don't know why I am getting so much of fungal infection. Please help me, is it hiv?
