Lips are dry and chappy
My lips are very dry and chappy sonce march this year and the dryness subside when I apply a lip balm for sometime and it returns again. I also get itching all over my body. This happens only when I'm at my in laws place and goes away in a couple of days when I go to my mom's place. May I know what is causing this.
