I consulted a dermatologist near me he gave me a pilling treatment .a prescribed clinzer gel amd hydrip-4% but after 5-6 days of pilling my acne got worse so can anyone help me!

Your skin also looks oily I suppose. You need proper treatment for you acne. Which includes Laser /Medicines. Consult Dermatologist.
