Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Are natural shampoos without SLS and SLES good to clean scalp and hair. Does clinic plus ruin the scalp and cause hairfall. Since a year I've been experiencing hairfall, Scaling scalp, oily scalp and dandruff with a lot of itching. Now my hair density has reduced quite a lot. Don't know what to do.

I've recurrent fungal infections on my body , for that I've been applying LOBATE GM CREAM but infections are recurrent . Please suggest me how can get rid of this sir /madam Thankyou very much

Is Milk really good for health... And also if one has Acne or pimple Prone skin... . . What are the good alternatives... . . Almond or Soy Milk or Anything else... . . Is there any downside of not consuming Milk...

My hair is becoming oily with in jus 2 days after shower. I dont think it is dandruff. There is also heavy hair loss, it has become very thin.

I m facing hairfall from last 5-6 years. Hair becomes  thin top of scalp and hairline recede at temples now. In Online consultation dr prescribed me minoxidil 5 and biotin multivitamin tablet. Its complete 3 month of using minoxdl. Thin hairs become thick and some minor growth is visible but i m still loosing 20 25 hairs while applying/massaging minoxidil. It is normal?? How long hairfall will.stop completely.

Dr. I have been suffering from Itchiness and little hair fall, when I diagnosed the Dr. told i got the Fungal infection as hairs are falling and making gaps. Now i am using Levocetrizine since 12 days, Multivitamin & Ketakinazole shampoo twice weekly, but since 12days i still have pain & inflamation in the scalp, along with hairfall which is thin & normal strength hairs. Please suggest is it a seborrheic dermatitis and whether the treatment i am taking is enough to treat it?

I consulted the dermatologist for hair loss and prescribed the attached medicines. I am not able to get Xgain hair serum from of the stores. Can I request for any to suggest alternate medicine. Thank you
