Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am using CIPLA 8x shampoo for dandruff. Any Dandruff shampoo makes my hair very dry. Can I use the attached Loreal Serie Expert Lipidium Absolute repair which makes my hair smooth & silky. Using this for last two years. Will it lead to hair fall which last two months I am experiencing small hair fall? Is it safe to use this products? Is the product very strong & can it damage the hair?

Please siggest me a biotin tablets and shampoo to prevent hairfall as my hair is thinning at the front and hair is shedding from front also
