Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My hair is falling drastically . It started from 2016 it hasent stopped since I really don't know what to do What should I do to re grow my hair from the patches 😭

Exactly 36 days ago My derma Suggeat me to use demelan cream on pigmentation on face She told me to prescribe medicines for 2 weeks and then do follow up after 2 to 3 weeks Totally  4 to 5 weeks She told me to use . I used 5 weeks but still now i have pigmentation on face . Somewhat faded the pigmention till now i have pigmentation what can i do for removing total pigmentation . Either continue demelan cream or else stop

Finger nails are getting crack from front with white in colour, left skin at the tip of the nails. 1. Since few days 2. No pain 3. Having pile problem for which I am taking homeopathic medicine. 4.
