Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having itching all over my body and mainly in nights resulting in scratch till next morning. And currently around my thighs area and lower abdominal getting small pimples which itch a lot and became red if you scratch them. My butt and thighs are became pimples hub and butt become black in color. I tried a number of things but nothing help. Please suggest.

Is Clindac A 1% really effective for Pimples and Acnes because it seems it's of no use for me...I have been using it since a couple of months but it doesn't seem to be of much use.... . . I don't know what is happening to me. All of the sudden when I my body gets little heat whole body starts itching and it feels like so many pins are piercing through my body. It makes me crazy for few seconds and after few seconds it goes away. While I laugh I feel itchy, when I het excited I feel itchy, when I do workout I feel itchy, when I go in sunlight I feel itchy. And in fact sometimes all the sudden when I am sleeping under that fan and if someone woke me up I start feeling itchy again. Also sometimes when itching starts immediately I get sneezing 2-3 times. I don't know what is wrong with me but It really makes me crazy for few seconds. I am tried of this. With a little amount of heat it starts. When I wear shoes with socks then also it start itching from leg then whole body.

My skin over ear pinna is peeling off. It's like white membranes. I peel it off and after every 4 to 5 days it appears back. I've attached 2 photoes regarding this. Is this atopic dermatitis?? Please help.
