Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having vitamin deficiency, my doctor prescribed me Subneuro B6 tablet, which is not available anywhere, hence the chemist gave me 2b12 capsule as a substitute, is it ok to take the 2b12 instead subnuero b6?? And what should be the dosage ??

Exactly 36 days ago My derma Suggeat me to use demelan cream on pigmentation on face She told me to prescribe medicines for 2 weeks and then do follow up after 2 to 3 weeks Totally  4 to 5 weeks She told me to use . I used 5 weeks but still now i have pigmentation on face . Somewhat faded the pigmention till now i have pigmentation what can i do for removing total pigmentation . Either continue demelan cream or else stop
