My hair became thin causing to fall hair regularly. My hair used to be thick. From past two years it became thin. What is the reason for thinning of hair?

Hi, Please refer attached picture of my skin. I am male 28 years working with normal routine as manager in company. I am suffering from skin redness and itching. It happens sometimes in a day only. Currently i am taking attached medicines but not getting Normal. Please help.

I was frying something on the gas when my face skin got some burns from some oil drops. I immediately applied ice, coconut oil later some toothpaste but the area still has some stinging and is red.
