Having ringworm on inner thighs, looks black with red outer line, big in diameter, used Btex for now but no results, it reappears after some days

I have hairfall from the past 3 months and my hair are becoming thin and I have painful scalp too with light or irregular period I have consulted doc and he gave me minoxidil with adgain plus but it's been 13 days since I started and my hair are still falling please suggest me a medicine which can stop my hairfall I m really worried and confused about what is happening to me I had a stressful event in Dec as well my tsh serum is 6.1 as well please help me I m really confused

Hope you are doing well. This is with regards to my skin on forehead and head. I've noticed a few Black spots on my head due to dandruff and dry skin I've consulted a few dermatologist but no prescription worked. I lost hope and didn't get myself treated after that.
