Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have skin irritation near nose area which feels itchy, sometimes burning, flaky and black. Also have little pimple like bumps on forhead which are there for more than 2 years. I have lots of hair on my face especially on upper lips

There is many black spots in my whole body except leg, face, and hand, when I do any work regularly for 4-5 minutes or go out in direct sunlight whole body start itching. I have observed this problem last year.. If it could be recover then plzz suggest me..

I have been suffering from massive hairfall , dandruff and itchy scalp since march 2020. I consulted  doctors on practo  and did some tests ..  Doctor prescribed some supplements i.e Vitamin d , b12 and for numbness . And adgain capsules. It recovered 20 percent only. I stopped taking all these medicines. Now its september 2020. My hair has become really very thin. My periods are regular now. Before that periods were irregular. But dandruff is biggest problem , sometimes dandruff looks like small flakes as if its a dead skin.. Sometime its sandy. Sometimes scalp get small pimples , Very small bumps that irritates scalp a lot and make it itchy. Should i continue adgain capsules?.. But i think medicines didnt affected the condition. I do yoga in morning for one hour daily. Also on daily basis i consume soaked dry fruits i.e almonds , figs, raisins etc. In the  morning I live in chandigarh. Kindly recommend dermatologist who can cure this problem.
