My hair have started falling very excessively since 3-4 months now which has started showing a slight bit of my sides also...I am having all the Vitamins...Maybe Stress is the reason...Need to get it sorted immediately

My pimples are from last 6 years & currently I am of 17 years old. My problem is my pimples are not improving still now & it's all over my face , my back, my chest region & sometimes in neck & in head also. These are of all types pus filled, small pimples & painful too. I also feel itchiness on my face several times . There are many spots ( daag dhabe) also that are remained after every pimple . In travelling or in several times my face also become red likes redness began to occur on all around my face. Please suggest me a best treatment to get a clear face again.
