Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My nose is getting white pimple.My nose feels like it is filled with these pimples and they keep on popping on after every other day. Also my nose has got black marks as if hair will come out from them. All this is leading to patchy nose and uneven skin tone. Please advise.

Some small Dane on my back and in my head They are paining me if I pinch them or doing Comb Please suggest

My skin type is dry. How to clear clogged pores on face . Mainly on cheeks which are not visible but can feels to hand whenever I touches my cheeks.

I have been experiencing a constant feeling of itching (the feeling is not very intense ) over my body and scalp without any rash or insect bite marks. They only subside when I take Allegra ... what could be the cause ??

Acne not getting cure from face and have oily skin. When one or two acne disappear, again new one will come out on another place and this keeps repeating. It's been almost a year. Used face wash daily morning and evening. Never pop acne with fingers nails or never did try to remove acne forcefully but let itself to dry. However, new acne come out one after another on different spots. Drank lot of water thinking it would cure acne but it seems it doesn't work. Did not take any medication for this. Never consulted doctor earlier. Not sure what will be the solution. Have used separate clean clothes to wipe face after wash. Never used dirty pillow covers. But used to touch acne often.

I have these tiny dots all ove my back .I can't wear deep neck dress and it shatter my confidence. this left a dark spots on my back which never fades.please help me with some medicine and ointment to get rid of these.
