Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

What routine should i follow to avoid hairfall? I mean what shampoo or oil should i use and in what frequency. Currently i use parachute oil at night while i go to sleep and himalaya shampoo twice a week

I got 2-3 red round patches on my stomach which were not there earlier. What could be the reason for these patches?

Fungal infection in between feet fingers. My father's I ssuffering frm paralysis bt he can walk slowly and do his own work(medication: blood thining and high bp medicine ) He always have feet fungal Infection it goes and comes randomly he is using candid gold powder...also we have earlier consulted dermat and she suggested this powder but it shows no progress. Also he is never consumes medicines other than his bp and blood thining medicines so it is difficult for us to convince that if dermat is suggesting medicine pls take it😔 can u pls suggest something

My face is like oily. It gets oily frequently. I used bright light cream when I was in inter. After I realsed i am getting pimples stopped it. From there after I never used any other cream expect soap.I recently used some of the face washes like fair and hansome,nevia .it did not work out.During 3 years I am exposed to location and my skin is getting damaged. I want treatment to reduce my dark spots, increase my colour , look smoother. Also I need creams to be used daily to look brighter & non oily whole day without any side effects.

I am suffering from sheet pitta. It gives discomfort and continuous itching all over body. It appears like ant bite type bumps & rashes. Having rashes itching from last 1 month.Took medication from our family physician as follows Tab Atarax 10mg, Tab winolap 5mg, and Tab Defcort 6mg for 5 days morning and night each tablet. Felt relief for some days then it reoccur so please advice medication Thank You
