How to tackle and survive PV. What food to avoid? Is it okay to consume alcohol? I am at 10mg corticosteroids. Should I consider for rituximab injection?

Head is very itchy in winters and have white flakes of dandruff on head. Some times it itches a lot. These flakes come on the side of the ears some times. I am thinking of removing the hair. I tried all dandruff shampoos including medicated. But no help. What should i do. Please help.

Hi I got dandruff as a kid when i was 10, itchy scalp and white flakes all over, i tried every possible thing from medication to medicated shampoo to herbals. Dandruff doesn't go away - every 2 days i have to shampoo my hair else dandruff takes over badly. I get red rashes on face whenever dandruff increases. Is there anything i can do still to help this?
