Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have an eyebrow piercing for very long time, but it doesn't seem to heal at all. There's always some pus like fluid coming out from it. Is there a way it can heal quickly? I have used saline solution for a long time, but that doesn't help.

Over last few months, right cheek, area near mouth has slight swelling.. left cheek looks sunken/ normal, right is fuller or slightly swollen. The area is soft to touch, no lumps , it is not painful to touch  either. The area is not warm or red. There is an impacted tooth under the area but the gums do not look swollen or inflamed. Due to covid pandemics, access to healthcare has been difficult , so I need advise on how to proceed for my 15 year old son. Thanks in advance.

Since past 2-3 days suddenly lips are little swollen and lips were earlier darker or pale but have become slightly pink/reddish on insides, especially lower lip. One morning I woke up, and rubbed my lip with towel so little dead skin came out since then they are soft, swelly and burning kind of. Is it due to winter? What could be the reason?
