Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I consulted a doctor online for my uneven skin tone and pimples. He prescribed me tretinoin cream. After using it for a month I saw that my lighter uneven skin was becoming even more lighter than the surrounding skin. I consulted another doctor and he told me to stop using tretinoin cream as it was causing dryness. So am I allergic to tretinoin cream? In the past I was prescribed vitamin A pills for my pimples but that didn't cause any pityriasis alba and my skin was very clear. Then what triggered my pityriasis alba although my skin was exposed to vitamin A dryness before?

Dr I had burning sensation in feet for 7 days but since 2 days I don't have burning sensation..what is the cause for burning feet. .it is very cold weather since 20 days

Hi I have grey hair since a few years now. And now they have increased even more. Also greying of hair hasnt stopped even after making changes in my diet and using chemical free products on my hair.
