Excessive hair fall. Hair becomes very dry, rough,frizzy after shampoo. I am working at office for 10hrs. Drinks water about 2-2.5 litre. Not able to take proper care for skin & hair. My diet is moderate. I am non vegetarian. I am anaemic with low BP problem. I shampoo my hair twice per week. My hair lost its shine, texture become rough with split ends & now dandruff problem also arisen.

Hi From past few months Iam having severe hair fall. Iam shedding 200 hairs per day ,iam taking iron ,b12, vitamin d, calcium supplements as well as keragro eva once a day.
