Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My foot is dry and Cracks are appearing on heals lately, they are mild cracks. what precautions and care should I take to keep my foot free from cracks? My weight is 80kg ,ht:5'8 and I use medimix body soap.

I had dengue in October first week and after 3 weeks of recovery I noticed drastic hair fall. I struggled with hair fall and thin hair since teenage but the current state of hair fall is almost 5x the usual one. I have also started using onion oil in September and it showed visible results but in the current hair fall scenario I am not sure if its because of the oil or side effects of dengue treatment. Visible scalp, hair fall, and hair thinning is bothering me. Please help!!

I have been on 20 mg isotretinoin since August, which finally cleared up my acne for the 1st time since I was 12. I still have multiple scars on my face but I was ok with that. 3 days back I travelled to mumbai and now my face is full of non-itchy monomorphic papules. What should I do? Are these acne again? Do I increase the dose of isotretinoin?

Hi, I think there is cyst getting developed in my groin area. This may be due to me using a razor to shave the pubic hair. It has come up in last 4-5 days and it has been 6-7 days I last shaved. The pain due to it is increasing day by day and I think the size had increased upto 1.5cm. On the outside, only swollen skin appears no opening like normal acne. Please help me out, I'm very worried about this. I don't know either to consult a gynaecologist or a dermatologist for this. Please suggest.

Please look at attached picture. I have a light brown long mark on my face. It begins near the eye and ends at the middle portion of my face.
