I am using hand sanitizer to disinfect my earphones. Is it safe to use in ears. My ears are really itchy nowadays. Is it ok? How to sanitize earphones safely?

Its ok to disinfect your headphones with sanitiser but just make sure that the sanitiser evaporates from the headphones before putting then in your ear. As long as sanitiser doesnot come in contact with your ears no need to worry. If you have skin irritation use gel based sanitiser
