I am having a vertical black stripe on my right toe nail since 2-3 years but i have ignored it but recently i have got a small patch to the left of it as shown in the picture. I am really scared if i have subungual melanoma or not. My parents are ignorant to it please help me what to do with it.

I have several dark spots on my nose. Overtime they are increasing in number and now I also have a few on my cheeks or just below my eyes. Most of them look like brown spots while some look like tiny moles on the skin. I have a combination sensitive skin and I'm not prone to acne. I use a sunscreen when I go out and also cover my face.
