Can steroid cream on face side effect come after 1-2 years after applyinng it . I used few times lobate cream which i did not know it was steroid . But this was around 2 years before . But now my skin is red and itchy most of time . Is it beacuse of cream i of that cream i used ?

Previously i had no idea i was using steroid lobate gm cream was having steroid and few years back when i had acne few here and there i used it on my face . I never had acne problem so i might have used it like maximum 10 - 15 times . And i had clear face like around 2years after that and now suddenly my face since last year has become dry and bumpy is it because of steroid which i applied around 3 years back???

I went to a dermatologist 3 months ago for uneven, dull and dark skin on face(3-4 shades darker then my original complexion, hands and legs too fair) She told me to get S FERRITIN test dine n my iron was very low 7.04 something. She gave me globimax tablets for 3 months. Its done now. I've to get it checked again. but my question is can iron deficiency anemia change skin tone on face n make it darker, paler n dull? ( whereas skin tone on hands n legs remain brighter) Also, how much time would it take for my face tone to get back to original complexion if i follow a good diet?
