Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had used so many products but dandruff not gone fully so how can i get rid off dandruff free completely

My dermatologist suggested cstay lotion,extend hair capsule and other skin creams for my acne and hairfall issue,are lotion and capsule have any side affects,never used/took medications for hair in past,hence bit hesitant to take,please advise..

I got red spots near my eye area after vomiting .it happened for the first time .for few days I was feeling itchiness on face .

Comming march of 3rd I will be taking Rituximab for my pemphigus vulgaris treatment. I have been stuck with this disorder since september 2020 and I cam to know about it when i visited a dermatologist on November 1st. Its been a hard time for me with this. How effective will be rituximab for a man of my age? Will i ever recover from this? And I also want to know if mabthera or rituxiel by reliance is better? Mabthera is expensive though.

I have acne , oily and sensitive skin. Recently I have started my skin care. Currently am using salycylic acid+glycolic acid face wash, cetaphil moiturizing lotion , suncross matte finish sunscreen and also vitamin c serum. I wanted to add a good retinol serum as close to 30 years of age. One skin doctor has suggested me to use dr. Reddy's marketing revibra A15 pure retinol serum but the concerntration is very low. Can anyone suggest me a best retinol serum or cream in india. Thanks in advance 🙂
