Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since years i had a allergy at private parts it will reduce when i use some anti hitching cream but it will come again and again.. I am looking for a permanent solution for this... Please suggest on this.

I observed that my acne is increasing when i come back to my home town in telangana and it disappears when i stay in pune. Does water change also cause acne on face. I dont have acne on other body parts.
