Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have this painful pimple on my nose that keeps on appearing and disappearing but when it appears, it is extremely painful. It is like constant bump on my nose. I tried all schools of medicine, allopathy, ayurvedic, homoeopathic, but no outcome. The images attached are of present with emerging pimple. It is a little red and pains a lot.

I have a pilonidal opening on hip line,but it does'nt hurt and also don't get filled with too much puss or blood, just some sticky water leaking sometimes what should i do

Hi, I have been on isotroin 20mg for almost 5 months and had 4 sessions of spot peel. But I still have 1-2 breakouts and every pimple leaves a black mark. Could anyone help me understand if my treatment is working for me or should there be a change in the treatment plan?

Hello Doctor, I am 26 years old. I have a small lump on my thigh. It is reddish brown in colour. I got it after an insect bite(I guess). It was very itchy. It has been a year and it has become a scar. From time to time, it gets itchy and forms a lump on the same spot. After a few days it fades away. After a couple of weeks it gets itchy again and the same routine continues. I'm not sure what to do. Could you please tell me if this is something serious? And how should I treat it?
