Is it possible to do chemical peels on arms for removal of taning if yes than how much it approx cost for both hands?

My hair shafts Or length is quite hard, dry and lifeless. As I apply oil on hair shafts, it pulls out from scalp.. So I restrict oil even on the scalp... Haven't applied oil from the past 2 years after which I noticed 4, 5 white hair strands which usually never happened to me before. I don't even apply conditioner as I am quite afraid of applying that too.. Also it's hard to detangle my hair after wash without serum. Till now using livon for Detangling but it doesn't help dryness, lustre, or harshness of shafts. 1. What could be an ideal conditioner and serum for my hair shafts? 2. Also is the white hair a result of not applying oil? But applying oil results in severe hair fall for me.

I have got a dry and patchy skin in summers after applying the moisture too.And I also wash my hands in cold water. I don't use any kind of chemical washes or anything like that.It feels like that my hand is burnt but I don't even go in sunlight. What's the issue? Please help me in curing it.

My sister has been prescribed Qilib women lotion for hair loss.  Does she need to take hair wash after each use? In the pamphlet accompanying the medicine, it is suggested to use twice a day, however it is not mentioned if she has to wash her hair afterwards.
