Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing acne and scars problem since 15 year I tried so many medicine and cosmetics but still I am facing in the starting I was facing acne and scars problem only on my face but from last 4 year it on my arm too. I am very disappointed with my face and arm skin it's getting too sensitive and dry. Please suggest me a permanent solution for this problem.

I have got this rashes on my legs. What should i do? I had tgem about 1 month back i applied caladryl lotion abd it dried out in some days. Now again it has come. I have BP and taje pcod medicine as well
