Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had fallen 15days back and got the injury on the face. Most of the bruise have gone but still under eye there is a dark clot which is not going.

Since last 1 month my hairfall is at it's peak. I had covid 19 symptoms for 15 days and now I am quite ok. But my hair is still falling like 500-600 hairs per day. And this month my periods were also very heavy as compare to usual. I tried doing yoga & exercise to ease my hairfall but still I feel weakness to some level. Before last month or 2 i didn't shed as much as I do right now... Please help me with my hairfall issue

I had chlamydia infection. For 4 month and I was take azithromycin, doxycycline, zifi o, zifi 200 and augmentin 625 but my these medicine not work and resistant. The bacteria I was consult many dermatologist and urologist and they are giving same medicine doxy aur azithromysin and my inguinal lymphnodes also enlarged

Red blisters between fingers, bumbs that itches and burns on palm of hand.. Red bumps.. Also burns sometimes when in contact with water. Like 2 days ago while showering it burned after being in contact with tap water.

For last 5-7 days feeling very week and laziness. There is no work preaaure or stress also. There is little body pain What tests to be done.

I have acne and itching problem on my face. Currently I am using Episoft cleanser and ahaglow moisturizer for my face as prescribed by the Dermatologist. But it doesn't make much changes. For somedays it will be good and again it will start itching and acne. Can I take Antoxid-HC. I know this alone won't help much for acne, but anyway its good supplement for skin. I have some 21 tablets stock at home which was bought for sunburn treatment for my husband. It will anyway go waste so thought of taking it if it doesn't have any side effects. Anyway my skin needs some healthy supplements.

I have very stubborn dandruff its seborrheic dermatitis I am using scalpe shampoo but still after 2 days of shampooing I get all the dandruff back please give a solution
