Hi, I have dry skin and during winters it becomes dry but now also it is bit dry. Last winter my face got very dry and a layer of white skin started to peel off..I am still facing that dryness on my face and it itches alot..now I am also facing itching on body at random places and when I rub it a red patches starts to form and then it goes in couple of days..but it is coming and going.
